Jasenská dolina is located on the Turčianska side of Veľká Fatra under the slopes of Lysec mountain. It is a year-round recreation centre operated by the company JASED, s.r.o. The centre is divided into two parts, namely Kašová and Lehota.
The Kašová resort is situated in the lower part of the Jasenská dolina valley, accessible by an asphalt road from the village of Bela - Dulice. The slopes of the Kašová resort are groomed and suitable for beginners as well as advanced skiers. Part of the equipment of the resort is also a four-seater chairlift with a length of 647 m and an elevation of 140 m. The whole ski area is illuminated.
The Lehota ski resort is situated about 1 km from the Kašová ski resort, in the middle of the Jasenská valley. It is a resort suitable for advanced skiers, with groomed slopes. This resort is open only in case of favourable snow conditions. There is a 700m long ski lift with an elevation of 170 m.
There are also 3 trails suitable for cross-country skiing in the Jasenská dolina resort with a length of 7 km, while the marked trails are 3 km long. The starting point is the resort Kašová.
