We invite you to the Sklabin Castle Festival on 17 August. In the second courtyard you will see a day-long tented camp and the life of the retinue of the builder of Sklabina Castle, the 14th-century knight Magister Donč, which the Milites Nobiles Society of Revived History specialises in staging.

During the day, the rules of entry and admission to the castle are changed.

The castle ticket office opens at 9:00 am.

Program :

• 10:00 - ceremonial opening of the castle gate,
• 12:00 and 17:00 - medieval tournaments,
• 20:00 Night tour of the castle,

Lectures in the castle cellar:

• 11:00 - Sklabiňa Castle-Mystery of a medieval castle. Miroslav Eliáš, castle historian.
• 15:00 - Development of the Hungarian military in the 11th-13th centuries. Lecturer.

Accompanying events: craft market in the first courtyard, tours of the castle museum, period games, games for children, period kitchen with castle specialties.
